These terms govern your use of ufi.sellerguardrails.com ("the tool"), a free decision-support tool operated by José Manuel Volante González (NIF 49108819R), C/ Zafra 5, 21310 La Zarza (Huelva), Spain.

What the tool is

The tool is a free, browser-based questionnaire. It encodes CLP Article 45, Annex VIII (Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/542 amending Regulation (EU) 1272/2008) and the published ECHA Member State Decisions to suggest whether a hazardous mixture you place on the EU/EEA market needs a Unique Formula Identifier (UFI) and a Poison Centre Notification (PCN), and where to submit.

No account, login, or registration is required. The questionnaire runs entirely in your browser; your inputs are not transmitted to or stored by the operator.

Not legal advice

The output is decision support, not legal advice and not a compliance guarantee. Regulatory practice diverges between Member States and changes over time. Verify every obligation with the appointed national body and, where appropriate, a qualified Regulatory Affairs professional before you submit or place a mixture on the market.

Paid PDF report (optional)

You may optionally purchase a one-off PDF report (one-time payment, no subscription) that compiles the per-country submission checklist and citations for your scenario. The report is a static document delivered once; there is no recurring billing and no ongoing service obligation. Statutory EU consumer-withdrawal rights apply to the extent the law provides for digital content supplied after express consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to break any law or third-party right, or attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer it. The dataset and decision logic are provided for your own compliance assessment.

Liability

The tool is provided "as is" and reflects the dataset version shown on the result page. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims liability for decisions taken on the basis of the tool's output without independent verification.
