• Questionnaire inputs. The UFI/PCN wizard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are held only in the page's memory for the session and are not transmitted to or stored by the operator.
• Aggregated, pseudonymous usage data, only if you accept analytics (privacy-respecting page counts; no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers).
• Payment data, only if you buy the optional one-off PDF report. Payment is handled by our payment processor; the operator does not receive or store your card details.

There is no account, login, or sign-up on this site, so we do not collect account credentials, profiles, or contact lists.

Lawful bases

• Consent — for optional analytics.
• Contract — to deliver the optional paid PDF report you purchase.
• Legitimate interests — basic security of the static site.

Your rights
